The Application of German "Dual System" Education in the Training Mode of Financial Management Major in China's Application-oriented Universities

Abstract: The change of world economic structure makes financial management major face new situation and new requirements. Undergraduate education, especially applied undergraduate education, must make appropriate and correct reflection on this. The original intention of application-oriented universities is to cultivate excellent, comprehensive and applied talents. However, the current talent training mode adopted by application-oriented colleges and universities can not completely adapt to its training objectives, so it is necessary to further explore new talent training mode of applied undergraduate colleges. This paper analyzes and explores the characteristics and advantages of German "dual system" mode, and constructs a financial management personnel training mode of Application-oriented Colleges and universities to adapt to the development of new economy by learning from the German "dual system" education talent training mode.
