Analysis of Joint Measures for Talent Cultivation and Employment in Local Ordinary Undergraduate Universities

Abstract

Abstract: The employment problems of students faced by local undergraduate universities are closely related to talent training programs. Through scientific positioning, reasonable setting of programs, innovative talent training models, construction of a “double-type teacher” faculty, and strengthening of employment and entrepreneurship guidance and services, the universities ameliorate the linkage of talent training and employment, and improve the employability and entrepreneurial competence of the graduate students.
