Abstract: Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis is a required course for students at the learning stage of higher vocational education. Learning through this course has a very important impact on the future development of students. With the deepening of curriculum reform, higher vocational education pays more and more attention to moral education, students' all-round development, and the cultivation of students' good ideological and moral character. The purpose of this course is to help students establish a correct outlook on life, values, and the world, enhance their legal awareness, and understand certain legal concepts and systems to cultivate broad moral feelings. Through the course learning in this stage of higher vocational education, students can understand the true meaning of life, pursue lofty ideals, and lay a solid moral and legal foundation for future development.
