Abstract: This paper takes the graduates and senior interns of an engineering college in Guangdong province as the research object, through the questionnaire, online interview, and real communication and discussion with college students, to explore whether they can keep up with the trend of The Times under the background of the construction of the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao greater bay area. The personalized cultivation of college students is an important engine of future employment, and the excellent career choice reflects the value of personalized cultivation. According to the analysis, under the background of the construction of Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao greater bay area, some college students have no clear individualized training direction, which brings negative influence to their career choice after graduation. Accordingly, we propose countermeasures and Suggestions for colleges and university students at both levels.
