Abstract: With the rapid development of network information technology, online shopping has become an essential part of home life, and various policies and measures vigorously promote the development of e-commerce. College students play to understand the trends of fashion, market acumen and other characteristics, actively meet the needs of consumers, and expand the network sales channels of commodities. To improve the awareness of entrepreneurial risk and actively resolve many risks in the process of entrepreneurship are the necessary qualities of College Students' entrepreneurial groups.
