Abstract: Practice Teaching is of great significance for colleges and universities to cultivate students' innovative ability and practical ability. Colleges and universities want to improve their management level of practice teaching and cultivate more high-quality talents, it is necessary to analyze the actual situation at present and put forward the deficiencies in the current practice teaching management, so as to formulate a reasonable practice teaching management model. By establishing a reasonable and scientific practice teaching management mode, colleges and universities can build a multi-level experimental teaching platform for students in schools and actively open various experimental classrooms, reform the distribution of experimental teaching staff, change the previous teaching ideas, and eventually cultivate more innovative and practical ability of the new talent.
