Abstract: As far as the current criminal law teaching is concerned, criminal files play a bridge and link role, which is of great significance to improve the judicial practice skills of law undergraduates. By analyzing the difficulties and reasons of criminal case teaching in law major, this paper discusses the four application stages of criminal files in the innovative teaching of criminal law cases for law undergraduates, analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in each stage, and analyzes the problems such as the selection of criminal files, the selection of instructors, and the confidentiality of files, so as to solve the problems of criminal files in the innovative teaching of law practice courses to solve the problem.
