Abstract: With the continuous development of the whole economy and society, China has been adhering to the strategy of innovation-driven development, and more high-quality talents with innovative spirit and craftsman spirit are needed. With business startups and innovations by the general public flourished, we carry out analysis and discussion to understand the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and identify the problems existing in the cultivation process of overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability, so as to explore effective ways to develop vocational college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability under the background of craftsmanship spirit. It is hoped that we can cultivate students' craftsmanship spirit, cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and lay a foundation for their future development.
