Abstract: In order to effectively improve the quality of postgraduate training, training in line with China's national conditions of higher talents.For our country's graduate student training to improve the new solution, change the original traditional talent training mechanism.Therefore, this paper proposes a postgraduates training mechanism based on the concept of OBE, and explores how to introduce this mechanism into the training of postgraduates.By taking the students' learning output as the guidance, we can improve the cultivation methods of graduate students, so as to effectively improve their abilities in all aspects.
