Research on the Connotation Development of Young Teachers in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of "Double First Class" Construction——Take Medical Colleges as An Example

Abstract: In order to cultivate high-quality innovative talents, colleges and universities actively implement the "double first-class" strategy. The level of education and teaching is an important factor affecting the quality of education. At present, the phenomenon that scientific research is more important than teaching in colleges and universities leads to the transfer of young teachers' task center to scientific research. Under the background of "double first-class" construction, local colleges and universities should pay attention to the connotation development of young teachers, vigorously carry out teaching research, build teaching reform platform, establish teacher teaching development center, improve teacher training system, improve teacher management policies, and increase the support of teaching funds.
