Abstract: In the new era, the education of labor outlook in Colleges and universities should adhere to the principle of moral education to build a new path of labor education in view of the weak labor concept and improper labor values of students, and promote the integration of labor education and moral education, aesthetic education, emotional education, etc. We should arm the students' minds with the basic principles of Marxism. In order to improve the efficiency of labor education in Colleges and universities, traditional Chinese labor civilization should be used to promote students' pursuit of ideas, and modern labor education mechanism should be used to guide students' behavior. Let students be enlightened and honed in mind and soul, form a sound and perfect personality, make them become talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and let the potential of individual life be free, full, comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development.
