Abstract: Due to the large number of college students in our country, fresh students are faced with greater employment pressure when they graduate, which leads to the majority of students unable to achieve employment in their major, which has a great impact on the development of students. Therefore, in the process of social development, the state requires students to have good innovation and entrepreneurship ability to ensure that they can start their own businesses according to their own needs, and ensure that students can find their own development path under the premise of reducing the pressure of social employment in China. According to the needs of students and social development, colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability in the process of education reform, so as to ensure that students can solve the problems in the process of entrepreneurship through their own ability in practical work, so as to lay a good foundation for the development of students.
