Abstract: The ideological and political theory course is the main channel of Ideological and political education for college students, and it is the basic link to implement the requirements of "cultivating morality and cultivating people". Ideological and political education originates from life and must be carried out in life.At present, most of the ideological and Political Theory Course Teaching in higher vocational colleges is faced with various difficulties, the ideological and political education life is a necessary measure to solve the current predicament. Starting from the current situation of Ideological and political education in the new era, this paper explores the necessity of integrating the concept of "life" into the teaching of Ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges, and further combines with the reality, constructs the "life" teaching mode of Ideological and Political Theory Course under the background of team activity teaching method, further solves the problem that the teaching activities of Ideological and political theory course are divorced from the actual life of college students, so as to achieve ideological and political education The ideal effect of education.
