An Analysis of the Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of School-enterprise Cooperative Personnel Training

Abstract: At present, the current situation of college students' talent training is not optimistic, and the talents can not meet the social needs well. On the one hand, this phenomenon is not conducive to college students to find a professional job, to achieve their own value; On the other hand, the disconnection between talents and society is not conducive to the development of China's economy. This requires colleges and universities to base themselves on reality, carry out reform constantly, actively explore new talent training mode, combine talent training with social needs, and provide talent and intelligence for China's economic development. As a key point of the current reform of colleges and universities, school-enterprise cooperation can help cultivate talents needed by enterprises, thus promoting the connection between college students and the society. More importantly, the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode also deeply influences the ideological and political education mechanism of colleges and universities, and promotes the improvement and optimization of the ideological and political education mechanism of colleges and universities. Therefore, from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperative personnel training, this paper makes an analysis of the mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, hoping that the proposed content can provide some references for talent training in China.
