Abstract: In 2015, Prime Minister Li Keqiang pointed out that it is necessary to support mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation, the integration of entrepreneurial employment, and the promotion of employment through innovative entrepreneurship. For each major higher vocational college, based on the concept of "innovation and entrepreneurship ", optimizing the education of innovation andentrepreneurshipisanimportanttooltopromoteemployment.Therefore,theemployment guidance mode of higher vocational colleges must optimize the development of its core content, and put the cultivation of students' professional values in a more important position, so as to meet the new requirements of the current economic development and employment environment.
