Abstract: In the development of the catering and food industry, it is necessary to ensure the safety of catering and food, and the optimized construction of the teaching system for the catering and food safety control course will help improve the quality and efficiency of the teaching of the course. Starting from the three aspects of course positioning and design ideas, course teaching content, and course evaluation system, this article explores the teaching system of catering and food safety control courses in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the catering and food industry.
