Abstract: This article discusses that in the era of big data, education managers reflect the demand for big data thinking ability in the process of acquiring education management resources and education management; at the same time, in the practice of education management, education managers are also informatized education management The model shows different effects. Therefore, focusing on the transformation of the higher education management model in the era of big data, the interaction between the big data thinking practice of education managers and the information-based education management model seems very meaningful.
