Research and Practice of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation System Reform Based on Training First-class Talents

Abstract

Abstract: The Monitoring System of Teaching Quality is the key link to implement the overall management of teaching quality and promote the quality of personnel training, which is related to the survival and development of universities. Effective monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality can monitor the level of teaching quality and personnel training quality, so it play a very important role in the teaching quality assurance system. This paper mainly discuss that Changjiang Normal University actively construct an efficient teaching guarantee system, reshape the teaching quality evaluation system, monitor the teaching quality closely , and realize the overall management of teaching and the improvement of personnel training quality .
