Abstract: In order to solve the problem of“emphasizing theory over practice”in traditional university teaching, under the trend of integrating science and education, this article designs a“learning by doing”teaching system based on laser spectroscopy technology, and carries out the construction of a teaching platform. Taking laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technology as a teaching case, it specifically analyzes how to transform key technologies in scientific research projects into experimental teaching content; Three progressive experimental projects were designed to train students throughout the entire process, including basic skill development, comprehensive design application, and innovative exploration and expansion; Introduced a multidimensional evaluation mechanism that includes both process and outcome evaluations to verify students'learning outcomes. Teaching practice has shown that this model helps improve students'practical and innovative abilities.
