Abstract: With the rapid popularization of digital education and the continuous changes in teaching needs, how to effectively integrate technology, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge (TPACK) into teaching paradigms has become an important issue in educational research and practice. This article takes the TPACK theory as the research perspective, systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the current teaching paradigm, and proposes a series of innovative strategies through in-depth analysis of these problems. These strategies not only help teachers flexibly apply technology in teaching, but also provide theoretical support for building teaching paradigms that meet the needs of the new era. The research in this article aims to promote the transformation and innovation of teaching methods in the context of digital education, and provide new ideas and methods for the modernization of education.
