Abstract: This study focuses on the mobile internet application technology program cluster, aiming to resolve the structural dilemmas of “disconnection between posts and curricula” and “separation of competitions and education.” By constructing a theoretical framework for the three-dimensional integration of “job, competition, and course” , this research systematically elucidates the interactive mechanism guided by job competencies, driven by skill competitions, and carried through the curriculum system. Based on this framework, a comprehensive implementation path is designed, encompassing curriculum restructuring, content transformation, teaching innovation, and evaluation reform. By establishing a dynamic response mechanism between job requirements, competition standards, and curriculum teaching, the paradigm shift of talent cultivation from static knowledge imparting to dynamic ability generation has been achieved.
