Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid development of generative AI, the job market for college students is undergoing changes. This article aims to help college students adapt to this change and enhance their employment competitiveness by constructing a new framework for career guidance courses. This article analyzes the impact of generative AI on the job market and curriculum, identifies changes in job demands and skill requirements, as well as the shortcomings of traditional employment guidance courses, and constructs course content that adapts to generative AI, including the “three in one” course module and the “project driven and virtual real integration” teaching model, to cultivate new knowledge and skills needed by college students. At the same time, a series of safeguard measures are proposed, such as improving the AI literacy of teachers, promoting the co construction of school enterprise ecology, and achieving intelligent integration of resources.
