Abstract: Against the backdrop of the dual drive of the construction of new engineering disciplines and the“quality revolution”in higher education, there are some problems in the practical teaching of traditional environmental planning and management courses, which are difficult to meet the demand for high-quality environmental planning and management talents in ecological civilization construction. Based on the background of the national ecological civilization construction strategy, targeting the interdisciplinary characteristics and industry application needs of practical teaching in this course, integrating diverse resources, this paper constructs six practical sections of“data investigation model design display case”, and a“five in one”practical teaching system of“theoretical foundation - technical strengthening - project-based training - achievement display - feedback optimization”; Through the drive of real projects, the introduction of interdisciplinary cases, and the support of AI and information technology platforms, the transformation from knowledge teaching to systematic practice has been achieved, providing a reference example for the practical teaching reform of interdisciplinary and application-oriented courses in the context of new engineering.
