Abstract: Amidst the global wave of digital transformation, the hotel industry faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges, placing higher demands on talent development in hotel management and digital operations programs at higher vocational colleges. Currently, this program's curriculum suffers from lagging digital content, lacks distinct regional characteristics, and inadequate coordination mechanisms. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a curriculum restructuring approach based on“job-course integration, digital intelligence integration, comprehensive education, and a spiral approach”. Through job demand research, curriculum reform, system construction, and continuous optimization, this paper reconstructs a curriculum system that is both practical and innovative, providing an effective solution for cultivating professionals adaptable to the development of the digital hotel industry.
