Abstract: In the context of deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education, university innovation and entrepreneurship practice education, as a critical means to cultivate students'innovative spirit and practical abilities, has gained increasingly strategic importance. However, university practice platforms generally face problems such as insufficient value integration, misalignment between supply and demand in empowerment, and inadequate validation of outcomes. Based on the whole life cycle of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, this study employs literature review, case analysis, and field research to systematically examine the issues and their causes in the construction models and operational mechanisms of current university practice platforms. From the perspectives of value guidance, incubation systems, and regional ecosystems, targeted optimization paths and countermeasures are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education and promoting the successful transformation of project outcomes.
