Impact of Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational Colleges on the Employment Quality of Skilled Talents

Abstract: By analyzing the characteristics of vocational colleges and skilled talents, this paper explores the mechanism of entrepreneurship education from three dimensions: the reshaping of employment concepts, the enhancement of employment competitiveness, and the guarantee of employment stability. It also examines key factors influencing the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, including the completeness of the entrepreneurship education system at the college level, the cultivation of campus entrepreneurship culture, as well as the alignment of students'individual traits with entrepreneurship and their level of engagement in learning and practice. Corresponding strategies are proposed to improve the entrepreneurship education system and strengthen support for students'entrepreneurial endeavors. The purpose is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for vocational colleges to optimize entrepreneurship education practices and enhance the employment quality of skilled talents, thereby helping skilled talents better meet the needs of regional economic development.
