Abstract: This article studies the construction of new forms of vocational education textbooks such as loose leaf and workbook formats, elaborates on the definition of new forms of textbooks, analyzes their characteristics, and compares their significant advantages with traditional textbooks; In terms of chapter design, emphasis is placed on selecting and organizing content that meets professional needs. In terms of structural and formal innovation, the development process and methods are clearly defined, and effective implementation strategies are proposed. Evaluation criteria and systems are constructed to explore optimization paths and methods. This article can provide guidance for the construction of new forms of vocational education textbooks, improve the quality of vocational education teaching, and cultivate high-quality skilled talents that adapt to industrial development.
