Research on the Reform Path of Continuing Education Teaching System from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract: In the context of accelerating global technological revolution and industrial transformation, new quality productivity has become the core driving force for economic and social development. At present, the continuing education teaching system has problems such as outdated concepts, disconnection between content and industry, single teaching methods, and low management efficiency. Continuing education, as an important force in promoting productivity development, urgently needs to accelerate the cultivation and formation of new quality productive forces through the reform of the education and teaching system. In theoretical framework, the new quality productivity and the continuing education teaching system are mutually driven and interactive. In terms of practical reform, continuing education institutions should optimize around updating concepts, adjusting goals, reconstructing content, innovating methods, and optimizing systems, in order to achieve high-quality development of with connotation and cultivate more high-quality compound talents who can adapt to the development of new productivity.
