Abstract: Based on the stakeholder theory, taking the vocational education reform in Hunan Province as the background and integrating the latest policies and practical data, this paper systematically optimizes the collaborative cultivation path of innovative talents in higher vocational education. By introducing the data of the 2024 national industry-education integration pilot and typical cases of vocational education groups in Hunan Province, a new model of collaborative education involving“government, school, industry, enterprise and student”is constructed. It also builds paths such as the joint development of vocational education groups, the digital transformation of modern apprenticeship systems, the strengthening of the collaborative education mechanism between schools and enterprises, the joint construction of high-quality“dual-qualified”teams, and the establishment of industry-academia integration innovation practice centers. Moreover, through an AI-driven dynamic quality evaluation system, it achieves precise matching of talent supply and demand, cultivating high-quality innovative talents needed by society.
