Cultivation of Digital Literacy of Vocational School Teachers in the Digital Context: Logical Framework and Realization Path

Abstract: As a“key group”in the digital transformation of vocational education, the cultivation of digital literacy of vocational school teachers is an important focus to promote the high-quality development of vocational education under the digital background, and an inherent requirement to promote the conformal development of vocational education. The cultivation of digital literacy of vocational school teachers should grasp the correct logic of action, always grasp the fundamental direction of moral cultivation, adhere to the scientific concept of education development, and focus on the satisfaction of people's education. As a guide, the paper summarizes the cultivation path of vocational school teachers'digital literacy, that is, improving digital cognition and subject consciousness, promote the development of digital technology cooperation, create a high-quality digital atmosphere.
