Abstract: The construction of“double-qualified”teachers has become a key issue in the development of vocational colleges. The establishment of the teacher enterprise practice mobile station points out a new direction and ideas for promoting the two-way flow of teachers, promoting the practice of teacher enterprises and training“double-qualified”teachers. However, the training of“double-qualified”teachers in the construction of vocational college teachers still faces some problems, including insufficient practical training, content setting inconsistent with the goal, training mode is simple, assessment and incentive mechanism is not perfect, etc. Based on this, this paper starts from the background and practice of enterprise practice mobile station construction, combined with the current situation of“double-qualified”teacher training in vocational colleges. This paper probes into the training path of“double-qualified”teachers in order to provide useful reference for the training of“double-qualified”teachers.
