Reform and Practice of Food Biotechnology Course Teaching Based on OBE Concept and O-AMAS Model

Abstract: Food biotechnology is an important professional course for food and biology majors. This article adopts the O-AMAS effective teaching model based on the OBE concept. By analyzing the current situation of course teaching practice, reshaping teaching objectives, introducing diversified teaching methods such as“traditional teaching + case teaching + audio-visual integration + group discussion + flipped classroom”and“five in one”, optimizing the examination system, etc., the teaching reform of the course is carried out. The ideological and political elements of the course are integrated into all aspects of teaching to achieve the ultimate goal of building a“four in one classroom”.
