Abstract: With the comprehensive advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, talent has become a key supporting element. The“one college student per village”project, as an important initiative for cultivating practical local talent in rural areas, holds profound significance for promoting multi-dimensional development in rural industries, ecology, culture, and more. This paper systematically analyzes the prominent issues encountered during the implementation of this project, such as the disconnection between the training model and the actual needs of rural areas, the urgent need to improve teaching quality, and the inadequate follow-up support and guarantee mechanisms for talent. It also proposes corresponding optimization strategies from multiple dimensions, including refining the training objectives, improving the training model, strengthening the construction of the teaching faculty, and enhancing the guarantee system. The aim is to enhance the effectiveness of the project's implementation and provide solid talent support for rural revitalization.
