Abstract: This article takes the applied undergraduate tourism management major as the research object, based on the OBE concept and constructivist learning theory, systematically analyzes the limitations of the traditional career planning teaching mode and the new requirements for talent abilities in the industry's digital transformation. Research has found that traditional teaching models suffer from problems such as static course content and fragmented practical scenarios, while the industry's demand for composite technical talents such as data analysis and digital marketing has surged, leading to a mismatch between supply and demand in talent cultivation. To this end, the article proposes the construction of a“three-dimensional integrated”teaching objective system (professional competence, professional ability, digital skills) and a“four step progressive”curriculum module (cognition simulation practice innovation), and promotes teaching reform through a deep integration mechanism of industry and education and a multi-dimensional collaborative quality assurance system. From the perspectives of education ecosystem theory, innovation system theory, etc., it provides theoretical support and practical paths for the cultivation of applied tourism talents.
