Abstract: Addressing the current issues in the cultivation of mechanical professional degree postgraduates, such as the disconnection between practical training and industry, insufficient cultivation of innovative capabilities, and incomplete university-enterprise collaboration mechanisms, this paper takes the Modern Industry College of Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing as a case study. It elaborates on the construction logic and practical paths of the“multi-platform and multi-engine driven”training system for engineering practice and innovation capabilities. This system relies on university-enterprise collaboration to build a multi-level platform encompassing in-class research training, extracurricular innovation incubation, and off-campus engineering practice. With core curriculum projects, university-enterprise joint research projects, enterprise technical challenges, and high-level discipline competitions as driving engines, it forms a progressive training chain of“theoretical application—engineering practice—technological innovation”, thereby providing a practical model for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates.
