Abstract: With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, innovation and entrepreneurship have become an important force to promote social progress and economic development. Especially in the field of higher education, the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education has become increasingly prominent. As a field closely related to economic and social development, the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is not only related to students'personal career development, but also has a far-reaching impact on the optimization and upgrading of social and economic structure. However, business majors in higher vocational colleges still face many challenges in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. This paper aims to analyze the current situation and explore effective training strategies to provide new ideas for the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for business majors in higher vocational colleges.
