Research on the Optimization of the Evaluation System for Labor Education in Teacher Training Institutions under the Framework of Comprehensive Quality Management

Abstract: The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) theory in the field of higher education has gradually matured, and its management philosophy provides important support for optimizing educational evaluation. Although labor education has been incorporated into the talent cultivation system of teacher-training institutions, there are still many issues in the evaluation system. Based on the TQM theory and combined with the characteristics of teacher-training student cultivation, this study analyzes the current situation and problems and proposes the following optimization paths: enhancing strategic positioning and system design level, constructing an adaptive evaluation framework, broadening participation dimensions, improving collaboration mechanisms, and perfecting the improvement loop. These measures aim to promote the alignment of evaluation with the cultivation rules of teacher-training students, enhance their comprehensive quality, and provide guidance for cultivating educational talents in the new era.
