Abstract: This study explores the application of the dual-track teaching method, combining Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) based on the Kirkpatrick model, in the training of clinical pharmacists. A total of 31 pharmacists who participated in clinical pharmacist training at the Department of Pharmacy, The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, from August to November 2024, were randomly assigned to either the control group (traditional teaching method) or the experimental group (OSCE+PBL). After one month of training, the final assessment scores, teacher evaluations, and teaching satisfaction of both groups were compared. The results showed that the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in all measured indicators (P < 0.05), indicating that this teaching method effectively enhances the practical skills and teaching quality of clinical pharmacists, improves learner satisfaction, and holds significant potential for broader application.
