Research on the Path of Enhancing the Employment Ability of College Students under the Background of New Quality Productivity—Taking the Media Major as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Under the new background of high-quality productive forces, the employment environment for college students has changed significantly. The new production factors, such as data and, have promoted the higher quality development of the economy and society, and the demand for talents has also changed fundamentally. For college students, they must continuously improve their employment ability in order remain competitive in the employment process. This article will analyze the impact of new-quality productivity on the employment market for college students, point out the shortcomings in the employment ability of students, and propose specific paths to improve the employment ability of college students, so as to help college students better adapt to the employment environment.
