Research on the Collaborative Promotion Mechanism of Teaching Ability Development and Teaching Reform of College Mathematics Teachers

Abstract: In the context of the modernization and transformation of higher education, teachers, as the core agents of teaching reform, their level of teaching ability development directly determines the depth and effectiveness of teaching reform. Starting from the interactive relationship between the development of teaching ability and teaching reform of university mathematics teachers, this paper reveals the internal logic of mutual support and promotion between the two, analyzes the limitations and internal contradictions of the current development of teaching ability of university mathematics teachers, and innovatively proposes a mechanism for the coordinated promotion of teaching ability and teaching reform of university mathematics teachers, aiming to provide new theoretical perspectives and practical paths for improving the quality of higher education.
