Abstract: Mechanical engineering, as the“innovation engine”of modern industry, plays an important role in promoting industrial structural transformation. In the strategic opportunity period of global manufacturing industry upgrading, the cultivation of high-level mechanical talents is facing new requirements. This article deeply analyzes the systematic shortcomings of the current mechanical graduate training system, including imbalanced resource matching, alienated evaluation mechanisms, and unclear target positioning. It innovatively constructs a new collaborative education model of “mechanism guarantee optimization - all-round sharing - dynamic adjustment”, in order to solves the problem of the disconnect between talent training quality and industrial development needs, and provides theoretical reference for building a Chinese characteristic mechanical graduate training system.

Key words: Mechanical engineering, Graduate education, Mechanism guarantee optimization, All-round sharing, Dynamic adjustment, “Trinity” optimization
