Teaching Reform and Research of Concrete Structure and Masonry Structure Design Course in Applied Undergraduate Universities

Abstract: The reform of applied undergraduate course teaching can improve students'practical and problem-solving abilities, adapt to social development needs, enhance employment competitiveness, promote the improvement of students'comprehensive abilities, and drive innovation in teaching methods and resources. This article explores some problems in the teaching process of concrete structure and masonry structure design courses in applied undergraduate universities, and proposes corresponding teaching reform measures to address these issues. By implementing these teaching reform measures, students'practical and problem-solving abilities can be improved, and applied engineering and technical talents who are more adaptable to social development needs can be cultivated.
