Abstract: Aiming at the problems of outdated content, monotonous teaching methods, and disconnection between practice and theory in traditional metal processing courses, this study takes the OBE concept as the core, deeply integrates a multidimensional PBL teaching model, and implements systematic teaching reform. Through reconstructing precise alignment between curriculum objectives and graduation requirements; innovatively designing progressive, analogical, and divergent PBL practical modules; and achieving virtual-physical integrated teaching through industry-academia collaboration. Students'comprehensive competencies significantly improved, industry-university cooperative solutions achieved patent commercialization, forming a replicable“OBE + PBL + industry-education integration”paradigm.
