Research on the Optimization of Cross-border E-commerce Talent Training Model Empowered by AI Technology in Universities

Abstract

Abstract: In order to further improve the quality and level of talent cultivation in universities and solve the problem of low matching between current cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation in universities and industry demand, this article takes AI technology empowerment as a breakthrough point, deeply explores the optimization of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation mode in universities through AI technology empowerment, and thereby improves the level and quality of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation. Firstly, the significance of AI technology empowerment in cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation in universities is interpreted. Then, the current problems in talent cultivation is analyzed, Finally, suggestions are proposed, including restructuring course content, strengthening teacher training, building practical training platforms, and innovating evaluation methods, in order to help promote the optimization of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation mode in universities.
