Research on the Pathway for Early Childhood Care and Education Talent Training in Vocational Colleges under the Context of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Through researching the integrated industry-education model, the aim is to improve the quality and industry adaptability of childcare talent training. There are shortcomings in various aspects such as teaching content and methods in vocational college childcare programs, which impact the training quality of talent in this field. The integrated industry-education model plays a significant positive role in updating educational content and improving teaching quality. Based on practical cases and literature, pathways such as synchronized curriculum development, enhanced practical teaching, and professional development for teachers have been summarized. By adopting these pathways, the alignment between educational content and industry needs will be more effectively achieved, and students'innovative and practical skills will be enhanced.
