Breakthrough Path of Integrated Talent Cultivation in Secondary and Higher Vocational Education

Abstract: The integration of secondary and vocational education is an important way and lever to deepen the reform of the modern vocational education system, promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structure, and promote the realization of educational equity and high-quality social development. In response to the three stages of talent training input, process, and output, as well as the two environmental problems of internal and external, this article supports collaborative cooperation through the“four integrations”of education mechanism, curriculum system, teacher team, and industry education integration, in order to unify the values, goals, vision, and action methods. Ultimately achieve the promotion of high-quality talent cultivation through the integration of secondary and higher vocational education.
