Abstract: In the context of global industrial transformation and upgrading and economic downward pressure, the industry has put forward higher requirements for the skills and quality of workers. In order to adapt to the changing market demand, college students should make career planning in advance and clear the direction of future development, which is more conducive to their realization of high-quality employment. To this end, this paper first expounds the positive impact of career planning on college students'high-quality employment, then learns about the current situation of students’career planning through questionnaire survey, and finally puts forward targeted suggestions from five aspects: education system improvement, teacher team construction, employment and entrepreneurship information platform construction, school-enterprise cooperation, competition to promote teaching, learning and employment.
