Abstract: Vocational education is an important component of China's education system, and its development level directly affects the quality of human resources and the economic and social development of the country. Building and improving the employment system of vocational education is conducive to promoting the healthy development of vocational education. This article aims to explore the construction and practice of the“4-3-3”vocational employment system based on the characteristics of“integration of specialization and innovation”, analyze the situation of vocational education and employment, clarify the background of the“4-3-3”vocational employment system, and propose construction strategies from the aspects of clarifying professional characteristics positioning, school enterprise cooperation construction practice bases, and establishing employment guidance centers. The aim is to provide effective employment guidance for vocational colleges and promote the comprehensive improvement of students'employment abilities.
