Research on the Curriculum Construction of Competition and Teaching Integration Based on Baking Project of Skills Competition—Taking Sichuan Tourism University as an Example

Abstract: Skills competition plays a positive role in strengthening the skilled workers and promoting economic development. Integrating the technical requirements and advanced concepts of skills competition with curriculum construction is one of the important ways to promote the training of applied talents in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the teaching of baking courses, it is proposed to combine the technical requirements of baking projects of skills competition with baking courses, explore the construction of competition and teaching integration courses related to baking competitions, and play a positive role of course construction in the training of skilled talents.
