Practice and Exploration of the “1+N” Innovative Talent Training Model for Doctoral and Undergraduate Students in Colleges and Universities under the Academy System

Abstract: The college academic system reform is a deepening and expansion of the innovative talent cultivation model in universities, while the tutorial system plays a crucial role in fostering students'innovative spirit and abilities within the college system. Traditional tutorial systems face issues such as a lack of teacher resources, imperfect institutional systems, and insufficient communication between teachers and students. Against the backdrop of the college system in universities, this article adopts a self-directed two-way selection approach to establish a“1+N”tutorial relationship between doctoral students and undergraduates (doctoral student“mentor”system). Through research projects on innovative topics and scientific research practices, it explores an innovative talent cultivation model of“1+N”between doctoral students and undergraduates under the college academic system, aiming to enhance undergraduates'professional interests, improve their innovative spirit and research capability, providing new perspectives of the the tutorial system research for the cultivation of innovative talents under college academic system in universities.
